CLIENT POLICIES

SESSION AND PAYMENT
A session deposit is due at the time of booking as a retainer to secure your appointment. The session fee is non-refundable, but you may reschedule within 30 days. Please give at least 24-hours notice to reschedule. No-shows forfeit the session fee. Photographs and other keepsakes are purchased separately. In the event of poor weather, sessions may be reschedule.

MODEL RELEASE
I hereby consent without further consideration, that all photographs taken from this session by Santa Magic Photography may be used and reproduced in printed and online publications for the purpose of marketing promotions, advertising, and photography/art competitions.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Payment is due upon ordering via cash, check, credit card or PayPal. There is a $50 fee for returned checks. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Rush orders may be possible upon request. Please allow 4-6 weeks for Art Photo Albums as these are published by a printing press in the same manner as publishing a book.

CELL PHONE USE
No cameras/camcorders/any type of recording device (this includes cell phone cameras) are allowed during the session unless prior arrangement has been made between client and photographer.
